Senior Registered Nurse – Acute Medical Unit

## About the role Northbridge Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Acute Medical Unit. You will coordinate safe, person-centred care for adults with complex and rapidly changing clinical needs while supporting junior colleagues and students. ## Key responsibilities - Complete holistic assessments and maintain accurate care plans - Recognise deterioration and escalate concerns using agreed pathways - Administer medicines safely and contribute to clinical audits - Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning - Support preceptorship, supervision, and continuous improvement ## Requirements - Current NMC registration - At least three years of recent acute-care experience - Strong communication, prioritisation, and clinical documentation skills - Evidence of current mandatory training ## What we offer A structured induction, funded professional development, pension contributions, wellbeing support, and a clear clinical progression pathway.
