Senior Product Designer

## The role You will lead design for workflow products used by distributed operations teams. The role combines discovery, interaction design, prototyping, design-system stewardship, and close partnership with engineering. ## Responsibilities - Plan research and turn findings into clear product opportunities - Create flows, prototypes, and production-ready specifications - Evolve accessible components and shared design standards - Facilitate workshops and communicate design trade-offs - Review shipped work and use evidence to guide iteration ## Requirements A strong portfolio of complex SaaS work, excellent Figma capability, practical WCAG knowledge, and experience collaborating with product and engineering from discovery through release.
