## The opportunity Join a growing healthcare recruitment desk supporting NHS and independent-sector clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle while providing candidates with clear, respectful communication. ## Responsibilities - Build pipelines of registered nurses and healthcare professionals - Conduct structured screening and maintain complete candidate dossiers - Coordinate compliance, reference, and right-to-work checks - Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers - Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements in the CRM ## About you You have at least two years of recruitment or healthcare staffing experience, understand compliance-led hiring, and can balance commercial targets with a high-quality candidate experience. ## Package Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, hybrid working, learning budget, and 25 days of annual leave.
